Q - How do I enquire about booking The Soul Station?

A - You can contact us using our online contact form.

Q - Where is the band based and how far will you travel?

A - The Soul Station are based in Bristol, UK and can travel to venues all over the UK and internationally.

Q - What do the band require at the venue?

A - We require:

At least 4m x 4m of floor space in order for the band to perform and approx. 1 to 1hr 30mins to set up (depending on band size and equipment hired).

Adequate electrical supply i.e. a minimum of 2 standard 3pin, 13amp power sockets near the performance area, independent i.e. NOT shared with catering, disco etc.
Refreshments. It is customary to provide food/drinks.
A room to change in.

Q - How long does the band play?

A - We usually play 2 sets of approx. 1 hour each with a break of 30mins in between. This is not fixed however and with enough notice, we can cater a set just for you.

Q - Does the band provide a DJ?
A - The Soul Station have their own DJing equipment including over 12,000 songs and for a much smaller fee than it would cost for a separate DJ, we can provide the entire nights entertainment. Playing before, in-between and after the band, the DJ set is co-ordinated with the bands set list so that the music for your event is to your preference. Please note also the DJ plays good music and prefers not to speak over the top of it!

Q - How do the band set up on stage?

A - Here is a stage plan for The Soul Station.

Q - How long do the band need to set up?

A - The band need a minimum of 1hr to set up, preferably 1.5hrs to accommodate a sound check in the venue.

Q - How do I make a booking?

A - If you decide you would like to go ahead and book The Soul Station, we will send you out 2 copies of our contract for you to sign, one of which you must return.

Q - How much do you charge?

A - The Soul Station endeavour to be as flexible as possible to suit your requirements. We will review your request and tailor a quote specifically for you.

Q - When do I pay?

A - To confirm a booking with The Soul Station, we require a 25% deposit with the balance being paid a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the performance. All details are included in the contract.

Q - How do I pay?
A - We offer the following payment options:

Pay by bank transfer or cheque– To pay using this option we will invoice you providing the relevant account details by email/post
