Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or any of our services, including providing us with your personal information, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which may change from time to time without notice. Please also see our Privacy Policy.

The Soul Station

The Soul Station is a Function Band based in the South West of England UK, which provides quality musical entertainment services for clients both in the UK and internationally.

Booking The Soul Station

In order to use our services you will need to Contact us and provide relevant details including: date, type of event, location, performing times, number of guests and your contact details.

In order to confirm your booking we will require a minimum of 25% deposit, which firmly holds a specific date for the client, and therefore makes that date no longer available to other potential clients. The remaining balance must be paid a minimum of four weeks prior to the performance date.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event of either party wishing to cancel the booking it is agreed that the party concerned contact the other party.

The Soul Station reserves the right to cancel a musical service at any time. In this case you will be entitled to a refund amounting to no more than your deposit.

In the event of you cancelling the Performance after payment of the Balance of the Fee, The Soul Station shall only be liable to return 50% of the Fee if notice of cancellation is 14 days or more before the date of the Performance. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the Performance the Musicians shall only be liable to return 30% of the Fee to the Hirer.

If we have to substitute any of the members of the band due to, for example, illness or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make sure that we provide a professional and experienced musician(s) as replacement.
